African Mango Clinic Study Suggests weight loss
Users all around the world are giving rave reviews about the weight loss capacities of African Mango. This wonder fruit is grown in parts of Africa and is quite unlike the regular mango. Also known as Irvingia Gabonensis, it is very quickly scaling up the popularity charts of preferred weight loss supplements. A revolutionary breakthrough in the weight loss industry, African Mango supplement is derived from the Irvingia Gabonensis seed and is available in pill and liquid form, both equally efficient in controlling obesity.
Clinical studies conducted worldwide show that African Mango weight loss methods are remarkably more effective than any other and users worldwide unanimously agree with it. In one study, conducted in Cameroon (University of Yaounde) in 2009, more than 100 obese people were divided into two groups and while Group 1 was given the African Mango Extract, the other was given a placebo. Both groups continued to take the extracts for 10 weeks, 2 pills/day, morning and evening. No diet and no lifestyle changes were incurred. The results were amazing. While the African Mango group lost around 28 lb each, the other group did not show any notable change.
The clinical study revealed that the group taking the African mango supplement experienced significant down sliding in body weight, fat and waist measurement. 150 mg of the supplement, taken 2 times/day effectively impacted the body weight and boosted up the metabolic rate, the combination of which accelerated the weight loss results. Users of the supplement reported a significant reduction in blood sugar and bad LDL cholesterol levels too. Body fat reduction percentage for them was 6.3% more than the placebo group.
Dosage
Clinical reports recommend 150 mg of African Mango supplement, to be taken half an hour before meals, in either liquid or capsule form, preferably with a tumbler full of warm water. The ingredients mentioned on the label must be checked before use, to prevent adverse side effects.
Although African Mango Clinic Study suggests weight loss, it can also induce mild side effects like sleeplessness, headache, digestive disorders and flu-like indications. However, the group taking the placebo also experienced this.
Conclusion
African Mango does not pose any major health scare and can be used for inducing solid weight loss results. To make the results long lasting, clinical studies also indicate that it should be combined with diet and exercise. A doctor’s advice, taken prior to use can be even more beneficial.
