Just bought a bottle of this today at my local vitamin shoppe….I figure I’d give it a shot for less than $20…it will only last about 2 weeks though but hopefully I should notice some difference so I can decide to buy another or not…will try to remember to check back and report my results. I just purchased this an hour ago! When i got home, i opened it and took two tablespoons purely…it tastes amazing! Before i took it, i was extremely hungry, so i tried it out, and about 5 minutes after, my hunger was surpressed. Definitely a good buy!
I just bought the liquid form of it today. It does taste great, I would describe it as really sweet concentrated iced tea, and it definitely suppressed my appetite. It says to take before breakfast and dinner, but the lady at the health store said you can take it whenever you feel hungry to curb those cravings. That’s what I’ve been doing because my problem isn’t eating too much at one time, it’s snaking on high calorie foods.
