General Terms and Conditions

1. By placing an order through this Site, the Purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Purchaser vouches that he/she is old enough to legally purchase dietary supplements in his/her country, and is at least 18 years of age.
3. Purchasers of products through this Site understand and acknowledge that these products have not been approved by the government authorities for pharmaceutical use. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The products are sold as alternative medical supplements. The Purchaser shall ensure that the end-user or anyone who receive the products understand the same.
4. This product should be used under supervision of your physician. Physicians or medical professionals shall use their professional discretion to ensure the safe use of the product. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser or end user to consult with your professional physician before placing your order.
5. The Purchaser agrees to follow the directions provided by the Site in the proper handling and use of the product.
6. The Site is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred to any individuals who have purchased and used the products hereof. The Purchaser accepts full liability for the use of the product or service provided by this Site.
7. The Site does not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore is not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon by the consumption of any and all products we sell.
8. The Purchaser vouches that he/she will not take any legal action against this Site and Speedy Health Supplements who are providing this product and service in good faith. This includes any entrapment procedures initiated by private individuals, organizations or government agencies.
9. Confirming and abiding by each country's importation requirements is the responsibility of the Purchaser. The Site is therefore not liable for replacement or refund of products which are confiscated by custom or the payment of any taxes, duties or customs fees due on products purchased from our Site.
10. The Site is not responsible for any delivery that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the Purchaser; if products are returned after being delivered to an incorrect address, they can be resent and the cost of the redelivery will be charged to the Purchaser. Exceptions: The Site can often arrange for a one-time reshipment for no cost using a method of our choosing (at our discretion and depending on the products ordered) if the Purchaser has made an honest mistake. 11. The Site is not responsible for any failed delivery where tracking information from the carrier (i.e., Delivery Confirmation or other tracking number) shows that the shipment was in fact delivered. In these cases, particularly where the carrier claims no liability or reimbursement, we reserve the right to give no refund or arrange a partial refund to cover our costs, at our discretion. However, we always strive for mutually fair arrangements in the unlikely event of such shipment problems.
12. If an incorrect order is sent or a delivery error is made because of an error on the part of the Site, the order will be rectified immediately and will be sent at no additional cost to the Purchaser. The incorrect order must however be returned to the Site or the cost of these products will also be charged to the Purchaser.
13. Prices are subject to change without notice dependent on international currency fluctuations and manufacturing costs.
14. The Site does not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s).
15. The Site reserves the right to waive certain conditions with individual customers and in particular situations at its discretion. This will not imply a change to the complete Terms and Conditions listed above.
16. The Site reserves the right to modify the products and services, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the products and services. Please review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis in order to keep apprise of any changes.

Return / Refund Policy

1. Open products are not eligible for return or refund.
2. We do accept returns for unopened products, which are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please be advised, you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will only refund unopened products.
3. All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility.
4. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on the smell and/or tastes of products. This should not be a deciding factor when consuming health supplements. If you cannot get yourself to take a product you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them.
5. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our web site. Most of our product pages list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is your responsibility to print out the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependent on your individual needs.
6. To qualify for possible credit/refund:
• All return / refund claims must be made within 30 days from receipt of product.
• Products must have been purchased directly from the Site at retail price (wholesale orders are excluded).
• Products and materials must be returned in most cases, but at the discretion of the Site.
• Purchasers must call (586-580-7004) prior to returning any product and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returned product must be accompanied with a written explanation for return and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
7. All Shipping (including insurance) and handling charges from the Original Invoice of the returned products are non-refundable. Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued.
8. The Purchaser is responsible for any shipping and shipping insurance charges for returning the products safely to the Site.
9. For products shipped outside of the United States, any import related fees (customs/duties/taxes) paid by Purchaser are non-refundable.
10. Any reimbursements will be made via the same payment method chosen by the Purchaser when the product was purchased. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
