To complete the recommended 10 week program, how many bottles would you start out with. I want to purchase the Life Extension brand at $19.99.

Each bottle is a 30 day supply. 3 bottle would last just over 12 weeks.

I have been taking african bush mango liquid as sold by Planet Organic. It has been effective in helping with weight loss and a good appetite suppressant . I would eat very little ( less than 700 calories) while consuming lots of water (+/- 2liters/day) and all the tea or coffee I wanted for 2 days and then eat normal for a day and repeat… i did this for about 10 days. I am having stomach pain now when I eat.. it starts about 3 hours after I eat and lasts for 3-5 hours. It does not seem to matter what I eat. I have never had stomach problems before and rarely ever experienced any sort of stomach ache in my life, if i did it was flu or even food poison a couple of times in my life but extremely rare for me to have a sore tummy. Anybody else experiencing sore tummy after using this product? I have not taken it now for 6 days and the stomach issue remains.

The stomach pain issue may be associated with doing a “Very Low Calorie” diet and the eating normally without time for your system to stabilize. I would suggest consulting with your health care professional before continuing this type of diet plan.
